Our Rehabilitation Consultancy offers a robust clinical assessment of an employees musculoskeletal condition which is undertaken by a WorkStrong Physiotherapist. The conclusions made from the clinical assessment are combined with the results of a workplace assessment including job tasks analysis and ergonomic workplace assessment.

All the information is analysied by the Physiotherapist and presented in a reasoned report which clearly states the diagnosis and makes recommendations to assist in returning the employee to work in a safe and efficient manner. The recommendations may involve workplace modifications, clinical treatment or a graduate return to work program. In all cases the recommendations will be justified and practical to allow for efficient implementation and objective measurement of the outcomes.
